ProposalMint is built for organizations that need funding clarity before they need another blank proposal document. It turns nonprofit records, public filings, documents, websites, and opportunity data into a decision cockpit where teams can understand funder fit, readiness gaps, pursuit priority, and proposal evidence.
The product is unusual because it treats AI writing as the final mile, not the product. FastAPI services, a React workspace, Postgres/pgvector, scheduler jobs, R2 document storage, SAM.gov and foundation-data ingestion, Better Auth, Stripe, and OpenAI/Anthropic workflows work together to produce grounded recommendations, cited drafts, audit trails, and compliance gates.
