    An app built around the way your team works, from attendance and scheduling to client portals and a first version of your product.

    If your team has to remember which spreadsheet is current or enter the same information in several places, I can help put that work in one place.

    • Existing software gets close, but the workarounds take too much time.

    A website your team can update, with inquiries, applications, donations, and follow-up connected to the tools you use.

    A form submission should reach the person who needs it. I build websites and connect them to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other tools so your team can spend less time moving information around.

    • Your website needs to do more than explain who you are.
    • Forms arrive by email, and someone has to copy the details into your CRM.

    Help choosing AI tools, trying them on real work, and teaching your team where they help and where to check the results.

    I spend a lot of time trying AI tools. The useful part is working out which ones help with a particular job, what they get wrong, and how to make the results dependable enough to use.

    • You want help deciding what information to share and what needs a person’s review.

    • A working session to pick a small number of useful tasks.

  4. Ongoing care & hosting

    From $249/month

    Hosting, updates, backups, and someone who knows your site when you need help.

    I spent seven years running a WordPress care company. Keeping things working is still a big part of what I do. We’ll agree on the support your site or app needs and what the monthly plan includes.

    • You want help looking after a site or app after launch.
    • You need a reliable point of contact for updates and technical problems.

    What we’ll work on

    • Managed hosting through my client portal.
    • Updates, security patches, daily backups, and uptime monitoring.
    • A clear place to ask for help, with support scope agreed in advance.

How we’ll work together

You don’t need a finished brief or a list of technical requirements. Bring an example of what your team is dealing with. I’ll ask questions, look at what you already use, and help you decide where to start.

  1. Talk it through. We’ll start with a free 20-minute video call about what you need and whether I can help.
  2. Agree on the work. You’ll get a written scope, timeline, and price before we begin.
  3. Build and try it. I’ll share progress in writing and walk you through working versions so we can catch misunderstandings early.
  4. Put it to use. At launch, your team gets documentation, a walkthrough, and its own logins. Ongoing care is available if you’d like me to keep looking after it.

A few common questions

How much does a custom app cost?

Custom app projects start at $6,000. The scope depends on who will use the app, what it needs to connect to, and any existing data we need to bring across. We’ll agree on the first version before I price it.

We already have a website or CRM. Do we need to start over?

Usually not. I start with what you have. If the right fix is a better form, a connection between tools, or a simpler process, that’s where we’ll start.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. My work includes after-school programs, admissions, giving, and grant research. I also build ProposalMint, a grant-research workspace for nonprofits.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. All my work is remote, with small businesses and nonprofits across the U.S. I keep Eastern Time hours and use video calls, shared documents, and written updates.

Do you use AI to build software?

Yes. I use AI coding tools in my work, and I review and test what they produce. I’m responsible for what I deliver.

What happens after launch?

You’ll have documentation and a walkthrough. If you want ongoing help, we can agree on a care plan for hosting, updates, backups, and support.
